Also, developing the communication skills of the students, enhancing teamwork and cooperation among them, improving their analytical thought, and promoting them for innovative behavior are primary objectives of the department.

The duration of the program is 4 years, except English preparatory class. The program is composed of 65% must and 35% elective courses. In freshman and sophomore years all courses are must, introducing topics of management, organizational behavior, marketing, accounting as well as statistics, mathematics, and law that present a general point of view, a broad way of thinking and a sound theoretical framework. In junior year, 5 courses –out of 12- are electives. Finally, in senior year, 11 courses –out of 12- are electives that many courses are offered covering all topics of business administration. Thus, the structure of the program enables every student to select courses satisfying their interest areas or relating to business sectors where they are planning to work. In this way, all students would specialize on particular academic fields and be able to manage their careers before graduation.

Must courses mostly rely on lecturing that provides an academic notion for students. On the other hand, elective courses focus on current and global issues, cases, and, concepts that case studies, company analyses, presentations, group works, and simulations are most frequently used teaching methods. The contents and the contexts of the elective courses play a very important role on developing soft-skills of the students, yet make a world of difference.
